 Backyard/Park Bootcamp

Looking for a fun way to get in shape?  Grab your friends and sign up for a bootcamp at your local park or in your backyard!

Group Training With Lee

Mini-Bootcamp

Tone, shape and re-define your body into a calorie burning machine.  "Weigh" to Wellness

'Weigh' to Wellness is a 8 week, 1x per week, program focusing on all aspects of health and wellness.  Learn new exercises, recipes, journal it all and be on
